But at what cost?
Recently I’ve been reflecting on my value systems, my energy expended and my ability to show up in this world in a way that reflects my authentic purpose. I’ve left jobs, relationships, societal structures and systems simply because they required me to compromise my true self. They required me to wear a mask. To value profits over people. To bear witness to hurting over healing. To disconnect from me, more than reconnect. I’ve refused to play “the game”…
